Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
Logologia is a free Bible project currently in development. This policy describes how personal data is processed on its introductory website, particularly when you sign up for the launch notification.
1. Data controller and contact
The data controller is Libernys Valdés Vera, the person responsible for the Logologia project, based in France.
If you have any questions about your personal data or wish to exercise your rights, you can write to contact@logologia.com.
2. Signing up for the launch notification
When you sign up, we process:
- your email address;
- the language of the signup page, so that we can write to you in that language;
- the record of your consent: the date you signed up and the date you confirmed your address (the wording you agreed to is kept with each version of this website);
- your signup status, including email confirmation or unsubscribe status.
This information is used to confirm your email address and then send you a single notification when Logologia becomes available.
Signing up is optional. Your email address is needed to receive this notification, but you can browse the website without signing up.
This processing is based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in the relevant emails or by writing to contact@logologia.com. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on that basis before its withdrawal.
3. Service providers and access to data
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Access to this data is restricted to the person responsible for the project and the service providers involved in running the service:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) manages the signup list and sends emails on our behalf.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, transmits the signup form to Brevo and helps protect it against abuse.
Data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities where a legal obligation requires it.
4. International data transfers
Cloudflare uses an international infrastructure. Its data processing agreement provides for processing outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States, and sets out the safeguards applicable to those transfers, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the transfer concerned.
These safeguards are described in Cloudflare’s data processing agreement. You can also contact us to obtain information about transfers affecting your data.
5. Data retention
The signup list is retained to prepare and send the launch notification. Once that mailing is complete, the list and the data associated with this notification are deleted.
If you unsubscribe beforehand, your email address is excluded from further mailings. A minimal record of your unsubscribe request is retained until the campaign has ended, solely to respect your choice and prevent an unwanted email. This retention is based on our legitimate interest in respecting unsubscribe requests.
Any subsequent use of your email address for another purpose would require separate information and, where necessary, new consent.
6. Technical data, cookies and email tracking
Connecting to the website involves processing technical data needed to transmit requests and ensure their security, including your IP address. Processing undertaken to operate and protect the website is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring its availability and preventing abuse.
Hosting. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes this technical data (such as your IP address, your browser type and the page requested) to deliver its pages and protect them against attacks, and keeps it for a limited time under its own rules. We do not use it to identify visitors.
Signup form. When you reach the signup form, it loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a signup comes from a person. Turnstile processes signals from your browser — your IP address, its TLS fingerprint and its User-Agent header — solely to detect and block bots, not to identify or profile you (see the Turnstile privacy addendum). To limit abuse, signups from the same IP address are counted for one minute. Our signup service keeps only technical error messages, which never contain your email address, for no more than 7 days.
Cookies and local storage. This website does not use cookies, visitor analytics or advertising trackers. It remembers your language — the one your browser asks for on your first visit, or the one you choose with the language selector — in your browser’s local storage, under the name i18nextLng, so that it opens in that language next time. This setting stays on your device, is never sent to us and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings; as it only keeps a display preference, it does not require consent. Where needed to protect the website, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
Fonts and other content. The website’s fonts are served from logologia.com itself. Apart from Cloudflare Turnstile on the signup form, no content is loaded from third parties.
Emails. Brevo keeps your email address in our launch list and records whether the confirmation email was delivered and whether you clicked its confirmation link — this is how your signup is confirmed. Our emails do not track whether you open them, and their links are used only for what they do — confirming your signup or unsubscribing — not to measure or profile you.
7. Security
We restrict access to data to authorised individuals and take appropriate measures to protect its confidentiality. Communications with the website use an HTTPS connection.
8. Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interests and withdraw your consent to processing based on that consent.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@logologia.com.
You can lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
9. Updates to this policy
This policy will be updated when the way the website operates changes, particularly before the Logologia platform opens. The date of the latest update will appear at the top of this page.
Any new processing of your data will be accompanied by the relevant information and, where necessary, a request for your consent.
